Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures
- Welcome applicants, assist with form completion, review documentation, and perform data collection including biometrics
- Follow structured filing and administrative procedures using our computer-based system
- Deliver outstanding service, ensuring a positive experience for every applicant
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and support team efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective relationships
- Confidence in resolving complaints and managing challenging interactions with professionalism
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Excellent English language skills; fluency in French is essential; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
- Reliable, self-driven, and calm under pressure
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to changing schedules
Experience Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer service or retail
- Prior exposure to working with government or public sector clients is an asset
- Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
