- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GPEEC)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the annual training plan in line with company objectives.
- Implement individual and collective development programs.
- Develop skills mapping and workforce projection tools.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future talent and skill needs.
- Monitor performance indicators related to training and internal mobility.
- Optimize training budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Profile
- 4/5 years of post-secondary education in human resources management, training engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in training, HR development, or strategic planning, and proven proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills.
- Recognized for strong listening skills, an innovative mindset, and unwavering rigor in achieving results.
