  1. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GPEEC)
  • Sector: Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, and Agri Food
  • Location: Douala, Cameroun

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the annual training plan in line with company objectives.
  • Implement individual and collective development programs.
  • Develop skills mapping and workforce projection tools.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future talent and skill needs.
  • Monitor performance indicators related to training and internal mobility.
  • Optimize training budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Profile

  • 4/5 years of post-secondary education in human resources management, training engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in training, HR development, or strategic planning, and proven proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills.
  • Recognized for strong listening skills, an innovative mindset, and unwavering rigor in achieving results.
