SOCIAL CLIMATE AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

• Sector: Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, and Agri Food
• Location: Douala, Cameroun

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the employee engagement strategy.
• Ensure constructive social dialogue with staff representatives.
• Design recognition, well-being, and corporate culture programs.
• Analyze engagement indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Support managers in the daily management of human relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and best HR practices.

Required Profile

• 4/5 years of post-secondary education in labor law, occupational psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in labor relations, engagement, or social climate.
• Excellent command of Cameroonian labor law.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR projects.
