About MediaComm Digital

MediaComm Digital is a Cameroon-based creative communication agency dedicated to helping startups, small businesses, and organizations grow through powerful digital strategies. Our services include social media management, content creation, website development, public relations, and event communication.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented volunteer to support our digital communication efforts. You will contribute to content ideation, creation, scheduling, and community engagement across various platforms.

N.B.: This volunteer position may lead to a paid role based on performance, commitment, and availability of projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual and written content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Draft captions and coordinate weekly content calendars
• Support video creation (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
• Monitor audience interactions and help respond to comments/messages
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
• Be available occasionally for office-based content shoots or meetings

Requirements

• Based in Yaoundé and able to report to the office when needed
• Strong command of French (written and spoken); English is a bonus
• Passion for social media, creativity, and digital storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is a plus
• Own a smartphone or personal device for content creation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
