Mission

As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead our Operational Excellence initiatives-driving Lean, Six Sigma and process-optimization projects that sharpen efficiency, cut waste and elevate productivity across the entire business. You will coach teams, lead data-driven audits and champion a culture of continuous improvement that propels us toward world-class performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & deploy best-in-class continuous improvement systems that align with corporate strategy.
  • Audit processes using gap-analysis matrices; create and track action plans to close deficiencies and reach world-class benchmarks.
  • Analyze data to spot trends, variation and “noise,” partnering with functional leaders to eliminate root causes and standardize best practices.
  • Champion a CI mindset on the shop-floor-inspiring cross-functional teams to embrace change and sustain gains.
  • Act as a business ambassador for Operational Excellence, ensuring benefits are realized and communicated across sites.
  • Train and coach stakeholders on Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC) and performance-management rituals.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ proven success in a Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence role.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CI/Lean software or ERP reporting tools.
  • Excellent team-working, communication and time-management abilities; thrive under pressure while safeguarding confidentiality and deadlines.
