Role Overview

To support our ambitious expansion and enhance operational efficiency within the Sales Department, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a vital role in driving performance through data analysis, process improvement, and interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude for both administrative support and digital tool utilization.

Maviance PLC is recruiting Sales Assistant for the needs of its services in Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and enhance sales processes, introducing automation where applicable to reduce manual tasks

  • Implement and maintain sales tools (CRM, analytics, reporting dashboards) that meet departmental needs

  • Train team members on effectively using sales tools and systems

  • Develop and update reports and dashboards to track KPIs, forecasts, and performance indicators

  • Monitor CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking and customer information management

  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation such as proposals, contracts, and quotations

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure clear communication and workflow

  • Facilitate internal updates and communication regarding sales activities across the company

  • Organize team meetings, coordinate schedules, and support calendar management

  • Onboard and train new hires in the sales team, focusing on systems and tools

  • Support the Sales Director with calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting

  • Assist with the creation of sales presentations and materials for client engagements

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales events

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role

  • Solid knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboard design

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information professionally

  • Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
